Customer Care
We are a small family business which means that you, our customer, and your family, are of utmost importance to us! We are always happy to answer any questions you may have.
If at the time of pick up/delivery you are unsatisfied with your item(s) please let us know - we may be able to make another that suits you better. We do not offer returns or exchanges, however, if ever you have concerns about one of our products, please let us be your first call. We want to work to make it right.
We know there are always ways to grow and improve and we sincerely value your feedback.
Payment
We are presently accepting all payments via e-transfer to prairiepineorders@gmail.com (auto-deposit)
We require 50% down prior to beginning your project. You may choose to pay in full at the onset. We sincerely appreciate your understanding of this policy.
Delivery
Our creations are built in our home shop in Sturgeon County, north of St. Albert and south of Morinville, Alberta, near Edmonton. We are happy to meet somewhere mutually convenient or possibly deliver to your home at no cost within our local area (Morinville/St. Albert). Deliveries outside of this area are subject to a delivery fee. If you are from other parts of Alberta please contact us, we may be able to arrange delivery/meet you, as we do travel occasionally, especially in central Alberta.
Privacy
The protection of your information is of very high importance to us. All information collected will only be used for the express purpose for which it was collected and we will never share it.
